How Cancellation Works
If you wish to cancel an order or correct the delivery address before dispatch, email us immediately and include your order number.
- 1Before dispatchWe will try to cancel your order or change the delivery address. If we cancel your order, we refund you in full to your original payment method.
- 2Once processing has begunWe will still try to help, but we cannot guarantee a cancellation or change once your order is being processed or prepared for dispatch.
- 3Once your order has been dispatchedYour order can no longer be cancelled in transit. After delivery, our 30-day Returns & Refunds Policy applies. You can track your order here.

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you may cancel an eligible online order within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
